Get help
Email support@metriqperformance.com. It's one person reading the mail, the same person who builds MetrIQ. Expect a reply within a few days.
If something in the app isn't working, tell us what you were doing and what happened. A screenshot helps.
Your account and your data
You can delete your account yourself in the app, under Profile → Delete account. To see or correct what we hold about you, or if you can't get into the app, email the same address.
The privacy notice covers what we collect and why. The terms of use cover the rest.
Training and health
We can help with the app, not with an injury. If something hurts or you feel unwell, see a doctor.
